My New Feel-Good Meditation Practice

To attract good things into your life, it is imperative that we focus primarily on feeling good.

There are many things that get in the way of us feeling good. We are worried about how things are going to unfold. We are concerned that the outcome we desire (any outcome) will not eventuate. We are too focused on getting things done, that we forget to enjoy the ride.

The universe responds to positive energy. So, if we are constantly stuck in a mindset of lack, worry, and negativity, the universe is going to dish out more of that.
That is why recently my meditations have been changed slightly. Rather than being too focused on  my vision for the future, and so focused on manifesting certain things into my life, I have instead started to focus on the process of surrendering and letting go.

I focus on how I can break down anything that is getting in the way of enjoying the moment. Now, my priority is to feel a sense of peace, joy, gratitude, and abundance in every moment of the day.

The best way of doing this is surrendering all of my worries and concerns, as well as surrendering my vision and goals for the future. I let go and allow things to unfold, because I know that the universe is already working behind the scenes for my highest good. This truth is liberating.

I step back and let the universe do its thing. And I know things will unfold perfectly and in the right timing. Because as I said, the universe responds to positive feelings and high vibrations.
In my new meditation, I simply say to myself that I am willing to let go of attachments to any outcome, and I allow myself to feel free… I live in the moment and I allow myself to be peaceful, joyful, grateful and abundant in each moment. It is amazing how powerful this practice is and it has transformed my experience of each and every day. I am aligned with love and I see things through a lens of love.

The book that I have been reading calls this kind of mindset… the ‘miracle mindset’. Because when you are aligned with high vibration feelings, you attract miracles. I say to myself; I am open to infinite possibilities, spiritual solutions, and creative opportunities… and I allow myself to be spiritually guided and supported, every step of the way. Not only do I recite these words in my morning meditation, but I also remind myself throughout the day. This really will lead the way to bigger and better things… and I truly believe that. Remember your priority should always be to feel good.
